How does Digitoo work?
The Digitoo app is capable of receiving documents in PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, as well as PDF with ISDOC, either by email or through direct upload within the application. You no longer need to scan, print, transcribe, or store documents elsewhere. Our artificial intelligence reads the received documents and prepares the extracted data into a clear list. Before sending it to the accounting system, you have the option to review and edit the data. Digitoo learns to do accounting alongside you, so it can assign all orders, centers, or other accounting codes that you or your accountants would otherwise have to enter manually. Upon your approval and completion of accounting links, you can send the documents in bulk directly to the accounting system with a single click.

How to get started with Digitoo?
The easiest way to start digitizing your invoice processing process is to create an account at our website. By creating an account, you initiate a 7-day trial period during which you can try out the full version of Digitoo without limitations. Based on your experience, you can then decide whether you want to continue working with Digitoo.
What happens after the trial period expires?
During the trial period, you have access to the full version of Digitoo for 7 days. We recommend utilizing it to the fullest extent, including integrating it with your accounting system and uploading invoices that require more intensive processing. Our customer support is available to you during the trial period, so don't hesitate to reach out if needed. Throughout the testing period, we will contact you several times to gather feedback on your experience with Digitoo and to determine whether you wish to continue using it. We hope you do :) In that case, we will arrange for a subscription. However, if Digitoo doesn't fit into your workflow, there's no need to worry; your account will be deactivated, and there will be no pressure to continue.
What formats can Digitoo handle?

How is Digitoo secured against data breaches?
At Digitoo, we take data security seriously and prioritize it. Digitoo's technological infrastructure runs in the secure Microsoft Azure cloud, which is among the most secure clouds in the EU and is the only one that complies with the strictest EU directives and standards. Additionally, all data is encrypted, and the system undergoes regular penetration testing by hackers. Finally, our customers have full control over their data, with a default data retention period of 10 years.
How do I get documents into Digitoo?
Users upload scanned or digital documents in formats such as PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, as well as PDFs with ISDOC to the Digitoo system. This can be done through direct uploads to Digitoo, dragging and dropping documents from your computer into the application, via email, or through an API. Each queue in Digitoo (representing a type of document) has an automatically generated email address to which the respective documents can be sent.
Does Digitoo support reading ISDOC, and how is it charged for?
We only support the PDF format with ISDOC, and it's free of charge.
How does invoice processing work in Digitoo?
After uploading an invoice to Digitoo, data extraction is performed using a neural network. The extracted data is then reviewed, corrected if necessary, and accounting links are added before sending it to the accounting system. The artificial intelligence system remembers your corrections and choices, and when you upload another invoice from the same supplier in the future, it will automatically suggest them to you.
How are data extracted from the document in Digitoo?
We have our own OCR technology that recognizes and reads text on invoices, followed by deep neural networks that classify the data on the invoice. The invoice is then prepared for your review, and thanks to local instant learning, which learns from your potential corrections, you increase the accuracy of the entire solution and, most importantly, reduce the number of invoices that require manual review. The accuracy is now over 90%, and by using it, you can further increase it.
Does the system also handle line item extraction from invoices?
Yes, Digitoo can also handle the extraction of individual items on the document. You can also take advantage of our automatic item-level accounting using AI to save time.
What types of documents can Digitoo process?
Digitoo can easily handle incoming invoices. When integrated with certain accounting systems, we can also process outgoing invoices and receipts.
Can Digitoo handle foreign invoices as well?
Yes, it can recognize all languages in the Latin script. We achieve the highest accuracy in Czech, Slovak, English, German, French, Polish, and Hungarian.
Which accounting systems can I integrate Digitoo with?
At present, we offer direct integrations with accounting systems such as Pohoda, Abra Flexi, Abra Gen, Money S3, Helios Orange and Inuvio.
How long does it take to integrate Digitoo with accounting systems?
Integration with each supported accounting system takes just a few minutes. Take advantage of our guides directly within the application.
What to do if Digitoo doesn't support my accounting system?
If you are using a system that we do not currently support, please contact us. We will connect you with an integration partner or provide guidance on how to make the most of Digitoo even without direct integration.
Can I invite additional users to Digitoo?
Yes, in Digitoo, you can have an unlimited number of users. You can easily invite them by email directly to the organization you've created
Is it possible to restrict the rights of some users?
Yes, Digitoo provides user roles, allowing you to assign specific user permissions to individuals based on their roles.
What are the approval options in Digitoo?
Digitoo now allows you to use simple multi-level approval, which enables you to have invoices approved by designated individuals. Additionally, the entire approval process is managed by artificial intelligence (AI). You train your own AI, which is then capable of reading the invoice and assigning the appropriate individuals for approval.
Does your application support timestamps?
A mere timestamp is not sufficient. Before the invoice is uploaded to the application, anyone can manipulate it. Digitoo ensures an audit trail from the moment the document is received from the counterparty, throughout the entire invoice approval process, up to its accounting in the system. This audit trail allows for clear documentation of who interacted with the invoice.
How is the preservation of the audit trail handled?
In Digitoo, you can see who last worked with the document. In the case of invoices sent by email, we keep track of the original email, so you can see who sent the invoice and when it was received. You can activate the feature to display the audit trail, which allows you to view the complete history of working with the invoice. This helps to clearly demonstrate who interacted with the invoice - from the moment the document was received from the counterparty, during the approval and processing of the invoice, up to its accounting in the system. How does Digitoo work on a phone/tablet?
At the moment, Digitoo is optimized for use on both computers and tablets. If you want to work with Digitoo on a tablet, simply rotate your screen to landscape mode. We are currently testing our mobile application, which will be available in November.
Can I integrate Digitoo with a bank?
At the moment, we are working on direct integrations with Fio Bank and Raiffeisenbank (available in 2024). However you already have the option to pay your invoices through a bulk bank transfer or by using generated QR codes. You can simply mark the invoices you want to pay and then choose the option to generate a bulk payment order, which you can easily upload to your online banking. Alternatively, you can generate QR codes to make bulk payments directly from your mobile banking.
Can I connect Digitoo via API to other tools I use?
Yes, Digitoo has an API available that allows you to integrate it with other systems as needed. We'd be happy to provide you with the API documentation; just contact us for more information.
